Keith Neubauer
Keith joined Allstate in 2008 and specializes in commercial and business lines. In 2020 Keith purchased the Allstate agency in Santa Fe, Tx. He is a talented musician and has worked previously as a Worship Leader at two churches and volunteers his time playing music for the residents of Hope Village, a home for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
He continues to play and sing in multiple venues around the Galveston island. In June of 2025 Keith and his wife Shari were able to merge their agencies into one and now office solely from the Santa Fe, Tx office.

Shari Neubauer
Shari is the backbone of the agency; She is always willing to assist her staff with any issues that arise. Shari happily supports Keith with his music on the weekends and special events. Shari has worked for Allstate since 1998. She started as a support staff in a small agency in Webster, TX. Shari transferred to another Allstate agency in Texas City, TX as the office manager.
In 2006, after the tragic loss of her first husband and 21 yr old son, Shari decided to work part-time as an assistant to an Allstate Life and financial specialist in Santa Fe, Tx. There she worked until she went to the Allstate Agent training program prior to the purchase of the agency in 2008.

On May 18, 2018, a school shooting occurred at Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe, Texas, United States, in the Houston metropolitan area. Ten people – eight students and two teachers – were fatally shot, and thirteen others were wounded. The shooting is the eighth-deadliest school shooting in the United States.
Neubauer Insurance wanted to do something to memorialize the victims of this tragedy and show support to the community.
The Talented Tyler -Kay was commissioned to paint a mural in remembrance of the victims.
